Aniplex of America Unveils Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Dub Cast

Earlier today, Aniplex of America announced their English dub cast for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The series will star the following:

  • Tanjiro Kamado: Zach Aguilar
  • Nezuko Kamado: Abby Trott
  • Zenitsu Agatsuma: Aleks Le
  • Inosuke Hashibira: Bryce Papenbrook
  • Giyu Tomioka: Johnny Young Bosch
  • Sakonji Urokodaki: Brook Chalmers

Steve Staley is directing the adaptation. Aniplex started streaming an English dub trailer for the title, which you can check out below.

The series will launch on Adult Swim’s Toonami block on October 12.

Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba VisualDemon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba aired in the Spring 2019 broadcast season.

Haruo Sotozaki (Tales of Symphonia the Animation, Tales of Zestiria the X) directed Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba at ufotable, with Akira Matsushima (Maria Watches Over Us, Tales of Zestiria the X) providing character designs.

Aniplex of America describes the title as:

It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself.

Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.
