A Quick Preview Of The 2023 IFPDA Print Fair

Later this month, the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA) will host their annual IFPDA Print Fair. The event, which is held at the Javits Center, is a global event that brings close to a hundred exhibitors and galleries from around the world for the weekend-long event.

As we’ll be attending this year’s event, we were given an early look at some of the prints that will be on display, which we wanted to share with all of our readers.

Most notably, this year will feature two exhibitors who specialize in Japanese art: The Tolman Collection and Scholten Japanese Art. The Tolman Collection includes works from Sarah Brayer, Yuji Hiratsuka, among other Japanese artists, while Scholten Japanese Art hosts a few of my personal favorites, Ohara Koson and Paul Binnie.

In addition to these distributors, the IFPDA Print Fair will host rare works by iconic artists like Picasso and Kiki Smith, as well as panel discussions that focus on the evolution of the art form, so, to say that we’re excited to attend this year is a bit of an understatement.

The IFPDA Print Fair will be held from October 26 – 29 at New York’s Javits Center.  You can check out several of the prints that will be on display at the show below.
