Anime NYC 2023 Cosplay: A Stunning Celebration at the Javits Center

The Jacob Javits Convention Center was abuzz with activity, from its earliest hours, as tens of thousands of people lined up to wander its halls. Throughout the weekend, eager fans could be seen rushing from room to room or just taking respite in whatever solitary corners could be found. Through it all, though, there was a vibrant, excited vibe among the attendees as folks swapped stories with one another, and strangers became fast friends.

This year’s Anime NYC saw thousands of cosplayers wandering the event, bringing their very best to the convention. It seemed like every series, Spy x Family to takt.Op Destiny, had an eager fan representing it through cosplay, as the Javits became a living celebration of anime new and old, alike.

The sheer talent on display this year was nothing of inspiring, and served as a reminder that anime cons would not be the same without the countless cosplayers who bring their A-game every single year.

I’d like to sincerely thank everybody highlighted in this feature. You’re all nothing short of amazing, and help to make Anime NYC a truly unforgettable experience.
