Both Gosiengfiao and VampyBitMe will host autograph sessions for VIP ticket holders. Currently, VampyBitMe’s session is slated for January 16, while Gosiengfiao will host her session the next day.

A new and exciting upcoming Anime and Gaming Convention in California

Anime Impulse Presser Image 002 - 20151226POMONA, CA – December 24th, 2015 – Anime Impulse is proud to announce legendary cosplayers Alodia Gosiengfiao and VampyBitMe as guests of honors for their upcoming convention at the Fairplex in Pomona on January 16-17th, 2016. In addition to the two cosplaying starlets, Anime Impulse has also announced over 24 guests of honor and 100 exhibitors and artists for their main convention hall. Expected attendance for Anime Impulse 2016 has been projected at over 25,000 attendees.

VIP tea party ticket holders will have exclusive access to meet both VampyBitMe and Alodia Gosiengfiao in an autographing session taking place on Saturday and Sunday respectively. It has also been announced that Alodia and her sister Ashley Gosiengfiao will also be hosting their own special panel at the event. Alodia Gosiengfiao was named by UNO Magazine as one of the Most Influential Women in the Philippines and is regarded as a world class cosplayer, model, singer, and actress. VampyBitMe is a famed Vietnamese American cosplayer, model, and Internet personality known for her high quality costumes and heavy interest in Gundam model building.

Yoshi Sudarso and his brother Peter Adrian Sudarso have also recently been added to the growing guest list. The brothers are both well known stuntmen actors, and Yoshi is most known for his portrayal as the Blue Ranger Koda in Power Rangers Dino Charge.

Hello Drama PR producer, Kaila Yu states, “…our lineup of talented cosplayers, runway shows, panels, and artists will take Anime Impulse to the next level from the typical anime convention.”

The programming schedule at Anime Impulse has also confirmed performances from the spunky pop-rock band Nylon Pink, Queens of Cosplay, Chad Future, US Kawaii Cosplay Runway Fashion Show, Aimee Lee Lucas’s K-pop dance and more. Confirmed guest panels from Good Smile Company, Kelly Eden, and VertVixen have also been announced to round out the two day convention.

Arcane Maid Cafe, a newly created akihabara-style gaming maid cafe, is also hosting a grand event at the north hall of the convention. Expected events include live programming, gaming computers, table-side maid service, retro arcades, console gaming, and prize giveaways.

Additional attractions planned at Anime Impulse include an outdoor Itasha car show, food trucks, a beer garden, VIP parties, cosplay runways, and photo areas for professional photographers. Anime Impulse badge holders also receive free access to the concurrent event, Asian-American Expo, which boasts over 100,000 attendees and 1,000 vendors.

Tickets are currently $11 for a 1-Day pass and $20 for a 2-Day pass. There is also a VIP ticket available for $150 that includes guaranteed photo ops, a canvas swag bag, and a limited edition sweater.
