J-Novel Club Announces the Licensing of  “JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World”

Reincarnating into another world isnt the wonderful OP cheat life for Haru, but she isnt going to let it get her down!

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – July 5th, 2018 – J-Novel Club LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of “JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World” from Hayakawa Publishing Corp. The first part of the novel is available as a free preview today, and the rest of the novel will be streamed weekly for J-Novel Club Members! The E-Book for will go on sale in Fall of 2018.

JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World was originally a web novel, and the first ever web novel to be published by venerable sci-fi and fantasy publisher Hayakawa Publishing! It’s hilarious, controversial, raw, and filled with the bitter truths you never see in your usual fantasy escapism, taking all the tropes you’re used to seeing and turning them right on their head to create a surprisingly funny and very much human story about love and gender roles in isekai stories. Haru is an extremely strong character, who takes the giant bag of dicks she’s handed in life (literally) and turns it into lemonade (literally… wait, no… figuratively!). JK Haru is recommended for mature readers ages 17 and up.

Author Kou Hiratori says:

“Haru, who traveled from Japan to another world, finally makes it to LA!

I hope you’ll stick with Haru in this new story as she bravely makes her way in another world that is harsher and more absurd than reality, yet still familiar.”

J-Novel Club Membership is only $4.50 a month for an annual membership, and gives you a new chapter a week from more than 20 ongoing series, including “Invaders of the Rokujouma!?”, “If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord”, “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest”, “Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash”, “The Faraway Paladin”, “In Another World With My Smartphone”, “How a Realistic Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom”, and many more!

Yep, that’s me. You’re probably wondering how I got into this situation. Not by choice, I can tell you that! It started when my weirdo classmate, Chiba, tried to save me from a runaway truck and got us both killed instead. Idiot. Then we got transported to another world, which I guess is like an otaku dream come true, or something? Chiba ends up with cheat abilities, and what do I get? Nothing! Lucky me, I get to be a sex worker instead. Gotta earn money somehow — but since I have to do it, I’m gonna kick ass at it. This world treats women even worse than the one we came from, so things get…rough. Still, I’ve made friends with some of the girls, and if I can juggle Chiba’s idiocy and Sumo the virgin’s emotions on top of all the various kinks my customers throw at me, things will be all right…won’t they?
