News From the Outside World – New Home, New Challenges

Tonight, I’d like to take a few minutes to discuss the goings-on outside of the Herald.

As many of you know, I’ve been in the process of house hunting for a while now. In fact, I had been packed and ready to go as of mid-March! Unfortunately, it didn’t pan out. However, tonight, after four misses, and countless seen properties, I’m pleased to announce that I’ve finally gotten a house! Further details will arise as closing draws nearer.

Of course, I’m not posting tonight’s article to brag – that’s just mean. Tonight, I’d like to discuss what this means for you, dear reader.

Come moving day, there will absolutely be a short break in the action. In the first week or two, I’ll be lacking a permenant internet source, and just generally settling into the new living arrangement. So, unfortunately, I won’t be posting quite as frequently. I will do my best to get up to speed again as quickly as possible, as I love writing for all of you, and the very idea of leaving things untouched for too long leaves me feeling unsettled.

I will try to prepare some content in advance, so that we don’t end up with stale content. I’m not sure of how much will be produced, but I promise that I will make every attempt to get this done. Once moved in, hopefully, I will be able to service you, dear readers, more adequately. More space means more room to do cool things. I have a few ideas kicking around, and I’d love to implement at least one of them in the near future.

Most important, though, I want to thank you in advance for your patience. This will be a huge, stressful procedure. To see it dead, buried, and done will be a huge relief. You all mean the world to me since, after all, without you, there would be no Anime Herald.

Thanks for reading, and thanks again for your patience.
