Announcement: Work On Anime Herald 3.0 Begins

As I’ve mentioned in the past, I’m currently hard at work on making a few tweaks to Anime Herald’s look and feel. As we grow and change, I want to be able to convey that we’re shifting away from the idea of “a guy and his blog”, and more toward the idea that the lot of us are ultimately in this together. Unfortunately, this is something that does take time to do. And, since I work full time during the day, I must balance the duties of development writing, and editing. So, needless to say, something had to give.

Starting next week, we will drop down to four updates per week, until development is finished. Once finished, I will be making every attempt to return to our five-day schedule, with the cooperation of our incredibly talented staff. This will give me the opportunity to restart other projects that have gotten a bit, well… “dusty.” Project S, for example, is still active, though I haven’t had much chance to sit down with the translations to hash things out to the point that they’re actually readable to English speakers. Likewise, I’m still sitting on an interview that needs to be transcribed and posted.

I do want to thank you for your patience in the coming weeks. I hope that you stick with us as we continue onward, and look forward to the content we will continue to deliver..
