Sound! Euphonium Gets Extended Promo With Jazzy Music


Fans of Kyoto Animation just got a tantalizing reminder that the studio’s latest series is three whole months away. The company released a new promotional video for Sound! Euphonium earlier today. The one-minute clip confirms the show’s four lead actresses, while giving a quick tease of the overall animation style.

The confirmed cast is as follows:

  • Kumiko Oumae (Euphonium): Tomoyo Kurosawa (Aikatsu!, Black Bullet)
  • Hazuki Kato (Tuba): Ayaka Asai (Magic Kaito 1412, Testament of Sister New Devil)
  • Sapphire Kawashima (Contrabass): Moe Toyota (Beyond the Boundary, (La) Bonne Vie)
  • Reina Kousaka (Trumpet): Chika Anzai (Chaika – The Coffin Princess, Riddle Story of Devil)

The series will be directed by Tatsuya Ishihara (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions).
