It’s time to meet the gals (and guys) of Hajimete no Gal!
Earlier today, the official Hajimete no Gal anime website updated with the show’s first cast members. The series will star the following:
- Junichi Hashiba: Shintarō Asanuma
- Yukana Yame: Yuki Nagaku
- Ranko Honjō: Eri Kitamura
- Yui Kashii: Ayana Taketatsu
- Shizune Fujinoki: Yui Ogura
New character designs for Ranko, Yui, and Shizune were also added, which you can check out below:
Hajimete no Gal is based on Meguru Ueno’s manga of the same name. Hiroyuki Furukawa (My Wife is the Student Council President, Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia) is pulling double duty as director and character designer on the project at studio NAZ. Yūichirō Momose (Minori Scramble!, Sakura Internet Shinsei) is in charge of series composition for the series.
Meguru Ueno’s Hajimete no Gal manga began publication in Kadokawa Shoten’s Monthly Shonen Ace magazine in November 2015. Two collected volumes have been released to date, with the most recent shipping on October 26.
The Hajimete no Gal anime was first unveiled in November. A pair of character design sheets were previously released to introduce Junichi and Yukana. You can check these out below:
