Yesterday, talent agency 81 Produce revealed that voice actress Miyu Matsuki passed away on October 27. She was 38.
In July, Matsuki announced that she would take a break from acting to focus on getting treatment for pneumonia. At the time, she mentioned that she had been suffering from a fever since the start of the year, and only found out she that she had pneumonia after repeated check-ups at the hospital.
Matsuki’s notable roles include:
- Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!: Ku-ko
- Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Magical Sapphire
- Shimoneta: A Boring World Where The Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn’t Exist: Anna Nishikinomiya
- Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei: Harumi Fujiyoshi
In May, GA Bunko confirmed that Matsuki would play Charlotte Dimandias in a Hundred anime adaptation.
