The slice-of-life sleeper hit manga is getting a western release!
Earlier today, manga publisher Vertical announced that they acquired the domestic rights to Chihiro Ishizuka’s Flying Witch manga. Vertical will begin releasing the title in spring 2017, though a specific release date has yet to be unveiled.

Flying Witch began publication in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine. The series currently spans 4 collected volumes.
An anime adaptation of Flying Witch began airing on April 9. Katsushi Sakurabi (Gunparade March, Lunar Legend Tsukihime) is directing the show at J.C. Staff, with Masato Yasuno providing character designs. Deko Akao (Noragami, Hatsukoi Monster) is in charge of series composition.
Sentai Filmworks announced that they licensed Flying Witch last month. The series is currently streaming on Crunchyroll and The Anime Network.
