Get your universal translators ready, folks, because Luluco’s on the case!
Earlier today, Funimation unveiled their English dub cast for Space Patrol Luluco. The series will star the following:
- Luluco: Brittney Karbowski
- Nova: Justin Briner
- Midori: Jamie Marchi
- Keiji: Brett Weaver
- Lalaco Godspeed: Monica Rial
- Overjustice: Bob Carter
- Judgment Gun: Mike McFarland
Christopher Bevins is directing the adaptation, which features scripts by John Burgmeier and Bonny Clinkenbeard.
Funimation will release Space Patrol Luluco on Blu-Ray and DVD on October 10.
Space Patrol Luluco is an original project from Studio Trigger and Hiroyuki Imaishi (Kill la Kill, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann). Imaishi directed the project and handled series composition, while Yusuke Yoshigaki (Ninja Slayer From Animation, Black Rock Shooter) and Mago provided character designs.
The series aired in the Spring 2016 broadcast season. Funimation describes Space Patrol Luluco as:
Luluco’s dad has been frozen in a block of ice, and there’s only one way for this middle schooler to pay for the treatment-by taking his place in the Space Patrol! It’s a total pain, until she gets partnered with some perfect crush material, a.k.a. the handsome Nova from outer space. After her hometown of Ogikubo gets sucked into a black hole, it’s up to Luluco and a bunch of weirdos to track it down.
