Oh Japan, with your anime and video games and life size, transforming Gundam statues. Wait… what was that last one again? If you thought that the first statue was impressive, wait until you get a load of this one!
It’s been announced via the official website that the Gundam Unicorn statue will be completed and ready to be opened to the public next month (get those plane ticket buying fingers ready!). The statue, which stands at 64.6 feet tall, will be ready to be unveiled to the public on September 24th.
There’s still a lot of work to be done on the statue within the next month but I’m willing to bet that fans will find the wait to be well worth it.
