At the bottom of Pandora’s box, forgotten and alone, was one last thing: hope.
Earlier today, the official Jūshinki Pandora (Heavy Divine Unit Pandora) anime website updated with a new cast member and key visual. We break the details down below:
Kana Hanazawa will play Queenie Yō, a gorgeous bounty hunter with nothing to lose. In her search for strength, Yō mastered the ways of kenpō, to the point that she trained in a mountain dojo. She travels the world in hopes of getting revenge on the one who took everything from her.
A visual for Queenie Yō was also released, which you can check out below:
The key visual features Queenie Yō standing in the morning sun, a traditional Japanese building standing proudly behind her. The tagline reads “To survive, we formed a pact.”
Jūshinki Pandora will hit Japanese TV in Spring 2018.
Hidekazu Sato (The Slayers NEXT, Aquarion Logos) was tapped to direct the project at Satelight, with Risa Ebata (Macross Frontier, AKB0048) providing original character designs. Toshizo Nemoto (Log Horizon, Macross Delta) is in charge of series composition for the project.
Kawamori (with Satelight) is credited with the original work. He’ll also serve as Chief Director and Mechanical Designer for the project.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
