Okoshiyasu, Chitose-chan Manga Gets Anime TV series


It’s a show about an adorable penguin. I’m totes in.

Earlier today, an official website, Twitter account, and Instagram account opened their doors to announce that Yukiko Natsume’s Okoshiyasu, Chitose-chan manga will get an anime TV series. The first crew members and visual, as well as a première date were revealed for the project.

Staff

Kyō Yatate (Bananya, CoCO & NiCO) will direct the series at Gathering. Koguma will score the show’s soundtrack.

Vap is credited in a production role.

Premiere Date

Okoshiyasu, Chitose-san will air on KBS Kyoto and Tokyo MX starting October 5, at 25:35 JST (1:35 AM)

Yukiko Natsume’s Okoshiyasu, Chitose-chan manga originally launched in the pages of Kodansha’s Be-Love manga in 2016. The series currently spans three compiled volumes, with the latest shippign to stores on March 13.
