Hoshiai No Sora Anime Gets New Trailer & Key Visual


Earlier today, the official Hoshiai No Sora (Star-Crossing Skies) anime website updated with a new key visual and teaser trailer. We break the details down below.

Trailer

The 90-second promo cuts between landscapes, before finally resting on an outdoor tennis match. From here, character dialogue between the various members of a school tennis team drive the main story beats. All the while, a piano-heavy melody plays in the background.

The image features Maki Katsuragi and Tōma Shinjō, dressed in their tennis club uniforms.

Hoshiai no Sora Anime Visual

Hoshiai no Sora will air on TBS, BS-TBS, and other stations in 2019.

Kazuki Akane (Birdy the Mighty: Decode, Vision of Escaflowne) is directing the project and taking charge of series composition at studio 8-Bit. Yūichi Takahashi (Comet Lucifer, FLCL Alternative) is in charge of character designs for the project.

The series will focus on children going through puberty, and the drama that the time entails.
