Earlier today, the official Hoshiai No Sora (Star-Crossing Skies) anime website updated with two new cast members. The series will add the following:
- Tsubasa Soga: Toshiyuki Toyonaga
- Shingo Takenouchi: Keisuke Satō
A new key visual was also revealed, which features Tsubasa Soga (left) and Shingo Takenouchi (Right).
Hoshiai no Sora will air on TBS, BS-TBS, and other stations in October.
Kazuki Akane (Birdy the Mighty: Decode, Vision of Escaflowne) is directing the project and taking charge of series composition at studio 8-Bit. Yūichi Takahashi (Comet Lucifer, FLCL Alternative) is in charge of character designs for the project.

- Art Director: Shiori Shiwa
- Sound Director: Jin Aketagawa
- Sound Production: Magic Capsule

The confirmed voice cast includes:
- Maki Katsuragi: Natsuki Hanae
- Tōma Shinjō: Tasuku Hatanaka
- Jun Ameno: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
- Rintarō Futsu: Gen Sato
The series will focus on children going through puberty, and the drama that the time entails.
