Sound! Euphonium Cast Adds 7 New Members


Sound Euphonium Key Visual 003 - 20150206It looks like the band’s getting bigger and bigger by the day. Earlier today, the official Sound! Euphonium anime website announced six new cast members. The newly revealed roles are as follows:

  • Takuya Goto: Kenjiro Tsuda (K, Speed Grapher)
  • Nashiko Nagase: Miyuki Kobori (HappinessCharge PreCure!, Free! – Iwatobi Swim Club)
  • Natsuki Nakagawa: Konomi Fujimura
  • Yuko Yoshikawa: Yuri Yamaoka (Shirobako, Tamako Market)
  • Aoi Saito: Yoko Hikasa (K-ON!, High School DxD, No Game, No Life)
  • Mamiko Oumae: Manami Numakura (Aikatsu!, Love Lab)
  • Michie Matsumoto: Aya Hisakawa (Ah! My Goddes, Sailor Moon, Revolutionary Girl Utena)

These characters join the already-announced roles, which we’ve provided below.

  • Kumiko Oumae (Euphonium): Tomoyo Kurosawa (Aikatsu!, Black Bullet)
  • Hazuki Kato (Tuba): Ayaka Asai (Magic Kaito 1412, Testament of Sister New Devil)
  • Sapphire Kawashima (Contrabass): Moe Toyota (Beyond the Boundary, (La) Bonne Vie)
  • Reina Kousaka (Trumpet): Chika Anzai (Chaika – The Coffin Princess, Riddle Story of Devil)
  • Asuka Tanaka (Euphonium): Minako Kotobuki (Aikatsu!, K-ON!)
  • Haruka Ogasawara (Baritone Sax): Saori Hayami (anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Sword Art Online)
  • Kaori Nakaseko (Trumpet): Minori Chihara (Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)
  • Shuichi Tsukamoto (Trombone): Haruki Ishiya (Selector Spread Wixoss)
  • Noboru Taki (Orchestra Club Advisor): Takahiro Sakurai (Bleach, Knights of Sidonia)

Sound! Euphonium is scheduled to begin airing on April 7 across six networks, including TOKYO MX and TV Aichi.
