Six “Hitori No Shita – The Outcast 2” Promo Videos Hit the Web


It looks like the we’re getting a good look at this series, whether we’re ready or not!

Earlier today, the official Hitori No Shita – The Outcast 2 anime website updated with six teaser videos. We break the details down below:

Episode 0

The 38-minute episode is presented in Chinese with Japanese subtitles. Crunchyroll is currently streaming the episode with English subs on their digital platform.

The 48-second promo features a look at the show in action, with theme song Kizudarake no Bokura by NormCore as a background track.

Cast Interviews

Each video features an interview with one of the four leads for the Japanese version of the show.

Hitori No Shita – The Outcast is based on a Chinese webcomic from Tencent. Xin Wang is directing the project at Emon Animation Company, with Kiriponta providing character designs.

Crunchyroll will stream the series as part of their Winter 2018 simulcast lineup. They describe the new season as:

In the first season, the protagonist, Chou Soran, hiding that he is an “outsider” (someone able to use special abilities) encounters a mysterious girl named Fuu Houhou who holds the secret of eternal life.

Together, they will enter the Raten Tournament where they will try to solve the mysteries related to them.

The second season marks the beginning of the fighting tournament between Outsiders while mysteries will gradually be unveiled and new characters will appear.
